How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 1–3 days in the Baltics and 3–6 days elsewhere in Europe. Shipping is free on orders over €79.

Can I return a litter box after my cat has tried it?

Yes. You have 30 days to return devices in their original packaging. Testing the device as you would in a shop is fine; heavy soiling may reduce the refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal and bank transfer through Mollie. Card data is handled entirely by Mollie and never stored by us.

Are the devices safe for kittens?

Every automatic litter box we list has weight and infrared safety sensors. We still recommend supervised use for kittens under 1.5 kg, since sensors need enough weight to trigger reliably.

Do the feeders work with wet food?

Accepted Answer

Only the models listed as wet-food feeders — they use cooled sealed compartments. Hopper feeders are for dry kibble between 2 and 15 mm.

What about spare filters and parts?

Accepted Answer

Refills and accessories have their own category, and we keep spare pumps and filters for at least three years after a model is listed.

Question 7

Do you ship outside the EU?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. All parcels ship from within the EU so there are no customs charges for EU customers.
