Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are packed the same day. Otherwise we dispatch within 1–2 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel.

Delivery times and cost

• Baltics (LV, LT, EE): 1–3 business days — €5.90, free over €79.
• Western & Central Europe: 3–6 business days — €9.90, free over €149.
• Rest of the EU: 4–8 business days — calculated at checkout.

Parcel lockers and pickup points

Most destinations support parcel lockers. Choose your preferred point in the carrier email after dispatch. Large litter boxes over 15 kg are always delivered to your door.

Customs and duties

All orders ship from within the European Union, so no customs duties apply for EU destinations.

Damaged or missing parcels

Inspect your parcel on arrival. If it is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and email photos to support@easyforpet.com within 48 hours — we ship a replacement immediately. If tracking has not moved for 7 days we open an investigation and either resend or refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we refund the order minus the actual return shipping cost.
