Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on easyforpet.com. By completing checkout you confirm you have read and accepted them.

1. The seller

easyforpet.com is operated by the company listed in our Legal notice page. All contracts are concluded in English.

2. Products and prices

• All prices are shown in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate.
• Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order.
• Product photos are illustrative; specifications may be updated by manufacturers without notice.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before shipping if so.

3. Order and contract

A contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse an order if the item is out of stock, the payment fails or the delivery address is outside our service area.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. Accepted methods include credit and debit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal and bank transfer. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are described in our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed over to you or a person you designate.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. We extend this to 30 days — see our Returns & refunds policy for the procedure.

7. Warranty and liability

Products carry a 24-month legal conformity warranty. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to the value of the order except where the law does not permit such limitation.

8. Complaints and disputes

Please contact support@easyforpet.com first — we aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the seller's country of establishment, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
