What is covered

Every device sold on easyforpet.com carries a 24-month conformity warranty covering manufacturing defects: motors that stop, sensors that misread, pumps that leak, chargers that fail and electronics that stop responding.

What is not covered

• Wear parts such as filters, carbon cartridges, liners and litter.
• Damage from drops, liquid ingress outside normal use, or pet chewing of cables.
• Use of non-approved power adapters or unofficial spare parts.
• Cosmetic scratches that do not affect function.

How to claim

1. 1. Email support@easyforpet.com with your order number and a description of the fault.
2. 2. Attach a short video if the fault is intermittent — it usually removes a diagnosis round-trip.
3. 3. We reply within one business day with a repair, replacement or refund decision.

Turnaround

Replacements ship within 2 business days of approval. Repairs typically take 10–15 business days including transport. Shipping costs for valid warranty claims are paid by us.

Your legal rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
